Our Tour consultants specialize in managing tours, business conference, and also, spend time in several countries around the world throughout the year to promote, and build relationship so as to ensure that our clients demand are met. Eureka Enterprises started in Zanzibar in 1984 with bed and breakfast guest house known as Pearl Guest House in the heart of Zanzibar stone town. TourZanzibar.com extends the representation the values and services offered by the Eureka Enterprises to continually improve service, provide great customer relationship and provide support for the growth of tourism in Zanzibar. And above all, We love Zanzibar!
We reserve rooms based on two persons sharing a double room. Single rooms are reserved at supplementary cost. We reserve the right to book accommodation at alternative hotels/lodges where hotels/lodges named are not available.
Transport on safari is provided in well maintained 4X4 Nissan and Toyota mini-buses or 4 wheel-drive vehicles or similar. The company reserves the right to employ the services of sub-contractors for any or part of the tour package.
Please observe rules of various parks for your own safety. TourZanzibar.com and its sub-contractors accept no responsibility for personal injury, accident, illness, death, delays, theft, loss or damage to baggage or any other personal properties. Refer to the liablity section for more details.
A deposit of 25% of the tour prices is payable at the time of the booking. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the tour. We accept payment by bank wire transfer, or by credit card - Visa / Mastercard. NOTE: Any fradulent transaction will be dealt in the court of law.
Under 2 years stay and tour for free. Under 12 years 50% discount, provided sharing a room with 2 adults. This discount does not apply to services other than those offered by TourZanzibar.com
In case of cancellation, the following charges will apply on the entire tour price:
Between 45-30 days 25%,Between 30-15 days 50%,Between 15-2 days 75%,Within 48 hours 100%
To protect against cancellation charges we strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance. TourZanzibar.com does not offer travel insurance.
We are able to offer Flying Doctor coverage at a nominal charge in case you require emergency evacuation. Please request this at the time of booking.
Every effort is made to adhere to itineraries advised to clients. However, should it be necessary to change the sequence or lodge due to weather conditions, or any other cause, the company reserves the right to change the iterinary to do so.
Tour prices are based on prevailing tariffs at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices offered are valid for certain period indicated in the proforma invoices and may change until a final payment is received. Please contact us to ensure the price offered is valid in case of any doubts.
The company and its agents accept no responsibility for personal injury, accident, illness, death, delays, theft, loss or damage to baggage or any other personal properties or alteration or cancellation of itinerary due to force majeure. The company will not be held responsible for delays, cancellation or non-acceptance of any part of the tour.
Eureka Enterprises liability is governed by the laws of Tanzania and no other country. Any claim would be subject only to the Tanzanian courts.
